As a qualified life coach who is passionate about supporting 'lost mums', I:

 - understand that you might find it difficult to prioritise your needs, and they often end up neglected at the bottom of the list. I will help you identify how and why it is definitely ok to bump yourself up the list! You will be actively encouraged to talk about your wants and needs in our sessions, and how to get them.

- recognise that you may feel like an imposter when considering a new role or a promotion opportunity, meaning you may not even apply. I will work with you on your feelings of being an imposter, to understand them and work on how to prevent those feelings getting in the way of what  you want to do.

- appreciate that change can seem difficult, or even impossible, you might even be wondering 'is it too late' to consider something new. You might fear what others will think of you. I will support you to pursue the things that matter most to you, regardless of what stage in your life you are at. 

- know that self-confidence and belief in your abilities are often low and can hold you back. But I also know that your capabilities, creativity and ability to evolve are life-changing if you are able to give them a chance.

Sessions: 3 (first and last of 75 mins duration, middle session of 1 hr)

Duration: Over 1 month (or up to 6 weeks max)

Sessions: 7 (first and last of 75 mins duration, middle five sessions of 1 hr)

Duration: Over 4 months

My core partnership package, during which we will dive into your challenges, fears and hopes and open up new possibilities!

Premium

Sessions: 11 (first and last of 75 mins duration, middle nine sessions of 1 hr)

Duration: Over 6 months

My longest partnership during which we will get to grips with your concerns, resistance and fears, manage any 'trip hazards' along the journey and evaluate your progress as we go!

The details...

 

1-1 sessions are online over Zoom and are of 1-hour duration (unless they are the first or last sessions of the partnerships -  these are up to 75 mins duration.) These longer sessions are a 'deeper dive' first session to 'unpack' what we need to, and find what we intend to focus on / clarify outcomes you intend to achieve from coaching. The final session of each partnership is also longer to bring our coaching partnership to a close (for now if you wish!) and reflect on the changes, learnings and progress over our time together.

In between sessions email contact and support is offered (within reason!) on all partnerships.

What you need to get the most out of your 1-1 coaching

- You'll need to be willing to be completely honest with what is going on for you and how you feel. There's no judgment! It might feel a bit uncomfortable at times, but realising and accepting what is happening now is part of the process for moving forward to where we want to be.

- You'll need to want things to change and to be willing to explore possibilities with an open mind of what and how these could be achieved. Coaching is a safe space to explore what might be possible!
